Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (MCCoE) Tours - Tech Week

Tours available with Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (MCCoE) as part of Springfield Tech Week.

20-30 min tours for groups of up to 20 people at a time. US Government or State Issued ID shown upon check in. Prior registration is required. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your tour time. Individuals may sign up through the Registration link on this page. 

The Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (MCCoE), located at the Jordan Valley Innovation Center (JVIC) in Springfield, MO, is a non-profit (501.c.3), Public-Private Partnership between Academia, Industry, Non-Profits and Government, security operations center (SOC) that brings together students, small to medium sized businesses and government agencies, and the community. MCCOE provides a rich, interactive, hands-on learning environment that supports this generation of cybersecurity professional as well as generations to come. We know four (4) things: 

  1. Digital infrastructure supports almost every aspect of our lives; 
  2. Cyberattacks can devastate business, education, healthcare, the government, and our way of life; 
  3. The global cybersecurity workforce shortage has been projected to reach upwards of 1.8 million unfilled positions and the need in our country is in the hundreds of thousands; and 
  4. Critical assets cannot be protected unless we fill the cybersecurity skills gap. Our mission is to Secure our Regional Assets while creating a Cybersecurity Ready Workforce!

Use parking on the north lot of the building and report to the security desk on the first floor (hit buzzer to enter). Be sure to have your ID!
