Responsible for the innovative design, development, layout, and maintenance of the company’s web applications and sites. The Web Developer will modify\create visually engaging, user-friendly designs and robust, efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, design, and launch new features that ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness.

•    Maximize effectiveness and efficiency with internal and external stakeholders. 

•    Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple web and design projects simultaneously. 

•    Responsible for the Web Development budget and plan execution. 

•    Ensure sustainability and scalability of business and design processes, IT support, and user satisfaction.

•    Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices. 

•    Create visually engaging and user-centered designs, focusing on layout, color schemes, typography, and aesthetics. 

•    Integrate data from various back-end services and databases. 

•    Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical and design specifications. 

•    Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; iterate based on feedback. 

•    Ensure designs and applications are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. 

•    Implement and maintain best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and usability. 

•    Maintain all current and create new e-Commerce pages, including uploading images, inputting data, descriptions, linking to CNH’s e-commerce page, optimizing product pages, managing GTM and tags, enhancing search functionality, and repairing link/conversion tracking issues. 

•    SEO development and maintenance, including SEM Rush recommendations and collaboration with marketing and SEM coordinator to improve Google page rank and visibility. 

•    Create site backups and update plugins/themes as needed. 

•    Monthly reporting of keyword reports, page KPIs, and cart revenue. 

•    Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. 

•    Stay up-to-date with emerging web development and design trends, technologies, and industry standards; advocate for adoption when appropriate. 

•    Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices. 

•    Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs and user experience. 

•    Create and maintain documentation for software, design processes, style guides, and user interface patterns. 

•    Continuously improve development and design processes and tools to increase efficiency and productivity. 

•    Comply with established change management policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•    Proven experience as a Web Developer and/or Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in UI/UX and web development. 

•    Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Shopify, or similar) and development tools. 

•    Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design techniques, and frameworks. 

•    Experience with GA4 and web analytics tools. 

•    Proven success with e-Commerce development. 

•    SSO experience and firm understanding of SEO principles and techniques. 

•    Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills. 

•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

•    Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within timelines and budgets. 

•    Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed with a natural curiosity for technological advancements. 

•    Solid understanding of web application architecture, including security, session management, and best practices. 

•    Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools. 

•    Experience with Search Engine Optimization processes. 

•    Strong written and verbal communication skills; regular interaction with users, management, IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to define solutions and ensure efficiency, integrity, and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field. 

•    5–10 years of work experience in web development or design. 

•    Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify). 

•    Knowledge of web security best practices and techniques. 

•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure). 

•    Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. 

•    Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in developer/design communities.
