Matt is passionate about equipping companies, large and small, with the information and capabilities needed to defend their business, employees, and customers against cyber-attacks. Matt is currently serving as the Information Security Director at SRC Holdings.

Started my career in the insurance industry with Aetna in 1987-90, 14 years with Hallmark Cards, Inc., and returned to the insurance industry in 2004 with Travelers.  Currently the Midwest Region Account Executive Director for Travelers Bond & Specialty Insurance division. Responsible for marketing/underwriting/training for private company and not-for-profit organizations Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Kidnap & Ransom, and Cyber Liability in Travelers Midwest region.
Graduated from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, 1986, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance.
Jeff Eiserman

Commercial Risk Advisor, Ollis/Akers/Arney

Jeff Eiserman works as a Commercial Risk Advisor with Ollis/Akers/Arney, an independent Insurance Agency and Business Consulting firm in Springfield, Missouri.  Working in several industries including Manufacturing, Education and Financial Services, he understands today’s complex insurance market of Data Security and Cyber Liability.  In addition to holding the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, Jeff received national recognition in 2016 as one of the industry’s “Hot 100” Insurance Professionals by Insurance Business Advisor and was named SBJ Trusted Advisor in the inaugural class of 2014.  Jeff graduated cum laude from Missouri State University and gives back to the community by serving on non-profit boards and speaking as an insurance and risk management expert across the Midwest.
Tom Douglass

Doug Howard

CEO, Pondurance

Doug Howard has over 30 years of experience as a technology leader and innovator in security with a highly-developed background in business development, M&A, operations, engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership. In his previous role at RSA as Vice President of Global Services and IT Innovation, he provided leadership support for RSA’s strategic vision and global operational execution, various Dell Governance Programs and the M&A exit to STG from Dell. A former member of the U.S. Air Force, Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Strayer University.
